Contact flow needed to contact various segments according to schedule: 28 days in advance 14 days in advance 7 days in advance 1 day in advance 1 hour in advance Speaker was to be contacted via email and then via SMS. Every single message was hyper personalised and it seemed like a live communication every time. AirTable was used to track the communications and the batch message flow was created to catch any possible mishaps before 10k+ messages were sent
